Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course, using the platform, or accessing any content on RERACertified. By enrolling or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

RERACertified ("we", "us", "the Academy", "the Platform") is a private online professional certification platform operated at reracertified.in. RERACertified Academy offers the CREP™ — Certified Real Estate Professional certification and related courses, tools, and resources for real estate professionals in India.

RERACertified is a private educational platform. It is not a government body, statutory authority, university, or NSDC-affiliated institution. The certifications, credentials, and courses offered are private professional designations and do not constitute government qualifications, UGC-recognized degrees, or statutory RERA agent registrations.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or making any payment, you ("the Student", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform or enroll in any course.

These terms apply to all students, visitors, and users of reracertified.in and any related sub-domains or applications.

To enroll in RERACertified courses, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or a Non-Resident Indian (NRI)
• Provide accurate personal information during registration
• Have a valid email address and phone number

RERACertified reserves the right to verify your identity and professional background and may refuse enrollment or revoke access if information provided is found to be false or misleading.

4.1 Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and successful payment verification by our payment gateway (Razorpay). An enrollment confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.

4.2 Access: Upon enrollment, you receive lifetime access to your enrolled course content, including all modules, lessons, audio, practice questions, examinations, and downloadable resources. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as RERACertified operates the platform. In the event of platform discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice.

4.3 Single User: Your enrollment is for your personal use only. You may not share login credentials, stream or record course content for distribution, or allow any other person to access your account. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4.4 Content Updates: We update course content periodically to reflect changes in RERA regulations, state rules, and industry practice. Such updates are included in your enrollment at no extra charge.

5.1 Nature of Certification: The CREP™ — Certified Real Estate Professional designation is a private professional certification issued solely by RERACertified Academy. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or equivalent to any government certification, NSDC qualification, UGC degree, or statutory RERA agent registration.

5.2 Examination Requirements: To earn the CREP™ certificate, you must pass all module exams (70% minimum per module) and the final certification exam (75% minimum, 100 questions, 120 minutes).

5.3 Attempts: Each enrollment includes 2 free final exam attempts. Additional attempts, if offered, are subject to additional fees. Module exam attempts are as specified in the course structure.

5.4 Academic Integrity: All examinations must be completed independently. Use of external assistance, impersonation, screen sharing, or any other form of dishonesty will result in immediate disqualification and termination of enrollment without refund. We reserve the right to permanently bar any student found cheating from future enrollments.

5.5 Certificate Validity: Once issued, the CREP™ certificate remains permanently on record and verifiable at reracertified.in/verify. Certificates may be revoked only in cases of academic dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation.

All content on the RERACertified platform — including but not limited to lessons, question banks, audio recordings, videos, PDFs, templates, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of RERACertified Academy and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law.

You may access and use course materials for your own personal professional learning only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content in any form
• Record, screenshot, or capture any lesson, exam question, or audio
• Sell, sublicense, or share access to course materials
• Use our content to create derivative courses or competing products
• Use our brand name, CREP™ trademark, or logo without written permission

7.1 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST will be added where applicable as per Indian tax law.

7.2 Payment Gateway: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. RERACertified does not store card or banking information. All payments are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

7.3 Receipts: A GST-compliant invoice is issued automatically to your registered email after successful payment.

7.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect enrollments that have already been paid for.

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: a 7-day full refund window applies from the date of enrollment, subject to conditions. After 7 days or after the final exam is attempted, no refunds are available.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, breach, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Use automated tools or bots to access content or exams
• Post or transmit any defamatory, offensive, or harmful content
• Misrepresent the nature of the CREP™ certification to employers, clients, or others as a government qualification

RERACertified Academy and its owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Any career outcomes, income changes, or professional results following completion of CREP™ or any other course
• Inaccuracies in content due to changes in RERA law or state regulations after the content's last verified date
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or loss of access due to circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your enrollment.

Course content is prepared based on the RERA Act 2016, official state RERA authority portals, and publicly available regulatory information. It is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. RERA regulations change frequently — always verify current requirements with your state RERA authority before making professional decisions.

Completing CREP™ or any RERACertified course does not guarantee RERA registration, employment, income, or any particular professional outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered students at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
