It covers 12 India Core modules + 8 state-specific RERA modules + Professional Practice case studies + a 100-question final exam requiring 75% minimum. The credential ID follows the format CREP-[STATE]-[YEAR]-[NUMBER] and is publicly verifiable.
No. RERACertified is a private professional certification — not a government qualification, UGC-recognised degree, NSDC certification, or statutory RERA agent registration. The credential's value comes from curriculum quality, examination rigour, and the competency it demonstrates. You must still register with your state RERA authority separately to legally practice as a real estate agent.

Module exams: 70% minimum — you must score 70% in each module to unlock the next. Professional Practice: 70% per case study. Final Certification Exam: 75% minimum — you must answer at least 75 out of 100 questions correctly. There is no rounding or compensation between components.
If you fail a module exam, the platform identifies your weak topic areas and prescribes specific lessons to review. After completing the recommended review, your second free attempt becomes available. After 2 free attempts, a paid retake option is available.
Module exams: 2 free attempts each. Final Certification Exam: 2 free attempts included in your enrollment. After both, paid re-examination is available after a waiting period and targeted review.
100 multiple-choice questions, 120-minute time limit, cannot be paused. Question mix: India Core 50%, State Track 30%, Professional Practice 20%. Difficulty mix: Knowledge (20%), Understanding (30%), Application (30%), Judgment (20%). Results are shown immediately after submission.
Certified: 75–79%. Merit: 80–89%. Distinction: 90–100%. Your grade is printed on the certificate and shown on the public verification page. The grade reflects genuine performance — not attendance.
4 scenario-based assessments testing real-world judgment — not factual recall. Examples: "A developer wants you to advertise before RERA registration — what must you verify?" These test whether you can apply RERA knowledge correctly in realistic agent situations.

Yes. Our Maharashtra RERA track (Module MH08) is specifically designed as COC exam preparation — covering the IBPS exam pattern, all COC syllabus areas, and 75+ practice questions. However, the official MahaRERA Certificate of Competency must be separately obtained through MahaRERA's empaneled training providers and IBPS exam at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
Every lesson shows a "Last Reviewed" date and version number. When RERA rules or state regulations change, affected lessons are updated and all enrolled students are notified via email and dashboard. Regulatory accuracy is our core commitment.
Yes — 100% mobile responsive. Many students read lessons on desktop and listen to audio on mobile while commuting. For the final exam, desktop or tablet is recommended for comfort over 120 minutes.

The certificate is a permanent historical record — the fact that you earned it cannot be erased. The "Professional Status" indicator on the public verification page can be kept current annually through the RERACertified PRO membership (₹1,999/year). Without renewal, the certificate shows "Issued [Year]" rather than "Current [Year]".
Yes — and we encourage it. Your digital certificate includes a LinkedIn sharing button. Add it under Licenses & Certifications on your profile with the verification URL. Many certified agents report direct client enquiries from their LinkedIn certificate display.
Any employer or client can visit reracertified.in/verify/[CREDENTIAL-ID] or scan the QR code on your certificate. The verification page shows your name, credential, state specialization, grade, and issue date — no login required.
No. To legally practice as a real estate agent in India, you must register with your state RERA authority (e.g. HRERA in Haryana, MahaRERA in Maharashtra, RERA Punjab in Punjab). CREP™ provides professional education and demonstrates competency — it does not replace the mandatory state RERA agent registration.
